Still have questions?
Yes, we have a small cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your tour. We understand plans change, so if you give us notice before that, there’s no charge.
Whales can get pretty close! Sometimes they’re just a few meters away, giving you an amazing view. But remember, they are wild, so distances can vary.
Mornings and early afternoons are usually the best time to see whales. That’s when the sea is calmer, and whales tend to be more active.
We suggest bringing a jacket, sunscreen, and your camera. The weather can change quickly, and you’ll want to capture the moment when you see whales or puffins.
We can’t guarantee whales, as they are wild, but we do our best to take you where they are most active. Most of our guests do get to see them!
